Review by hotel critic
My recent corporate retreat at NH Brussels Carrefour De L'Europe was a mixed experience. The hotel, though recently renovated, provided a state-of-the-art conference center ideal for private meetings. The Wi-Fi connectivity was robust, facilitating seamless remote work. The 24-hour reception and security ensured a sense of safety and convenience.Despite these amenities, my room's heating system malfunctioned, and it required an additional heater to make it comfortable for work. The room, albeit slightly outdated, offered a flat-screen TV for relaxation post-meetings. The staff, particularly Alexandra, excelled in providing guidance on local attractions and dining options, compensating for the air conditioning glitch.NH Brussels' location, a stone's throw from the Grande Place and Central railway station, is advantageous for business travelers. The welcome drink was a pleasant touch, fostering a relaxed atmosphere conducive to networking. In conclusion, while the hotel caters well to business needs, attention to room facilities could elevate the overall experience for corporate guests like myself.
